Sale Ready properties are those which have completed legal information upfront. These homes can be marketed as Sale Ready. Whilst there’s a little bit of admin work for you (it takes on average 30-40 mins to complete the further questions required for the Sale Ready process), it’s very worth doing this upfront. Doing this work now (rather than later) gives you and agents an additional marketable feature for your home.

Sale Ready homes also have all the legal documents required to commence the legal process. This saves weeks and months in delays and waiting. Sale Ready homes are more likely to complete and have far fewer fall-throughs.
