National Trading Standards Material Information fields in Reapit

Edited

In November 2023 National Trading Standards released detailed guidance on what Material Information (MI) needed to be displayed on all property listings.

Moverly collects all the required information, including Parts B & C, and now that Reapit supports entering this data, and has recently allowed external systems to update it, we automatically complete these data fields as the information is entered into Moverly.

Below you can see the various Reapit property screens showing the areas that Moverly automatically populates outlined in orange. There are a few additional fields made available by Reapit which are not supported, but all legally required information is included. You should not enter your own data into those fields, because if changes are made in Moverly they will be overwritten.

You can continue to use manual methods of adding MI summaries and links to Reapit to ensure everything is disclosed. In fact, doing so is recommended, as some important details about certain kinds of disclosures are not represented in the Reapit (or portal) fields.

You can read more about these manual methods here.
