What's needed by way of Material Information in marketing materials?

Edited

National Trading Standards guidance around Material Information is that it should be available within 'one click' of the listing.

To support you with those requirements - Moverly provides the following services (as part of our Material Information service).

  • A Copy MI summary button

  • A bespoke QR code

  • A Public View URL for each property

These tools can be accessed from each completed property page. See them in red below:

A Material Information description

  • Can be pasted into written descriptions

    • When using Moverly with Supported CRMs Material Information is passed through to portals automatically.

 A QR code

  • Agents can add codes into brochures and window displays

 Alto Users

  • Agents have the option to link to the bespoke public view property URL from their own websites

  • Agents are also using this workaround to add the public view page as a link into Alto:

    • Navigate to Media

    • Add Material Information wording to the field

    • Click Add links

  • Add the Public View URL taken from the property page (the link will look something like this: https://moverly.com/sale/DQWVh9M4GwUkxSLnz5/view)

  • When live, In Zoopla, you’ll then see the Material Information when you click on Additional links

If you're using Moverly via Alto or Reapit, Material Information is automatically published to the relevant fields within your CRM, and subsequently portals, for you. However, if your CRM is not compatible, you'll need to manually input the Material Information into these fields. We are building our CRM integrations regularly, so please get in touch with our sales team at hello@moverly.com if you'd like us to prioritise your CRM for Moverly integration.
