What is the Moverly account and payment process?

There are no contracts with Moverly.

To start using Moverly, follow the 3 steps below:

Step 2 Add your card payment details

Step 3 Start adding your properties for free

Helpful information and tips

• Payment is taken monthly and its pay-as-you-go, you pay in arrears for what you've used. 

• If you use Alto or Reapit then the onboarding process is different. 

• Adding a property for free provides part A Material Information and a section of part B Material Information.

How are the costs and charges are incurred?

Purchases are made when Upgrade has been selected and the services chosen. The Material Information Pack cost is only incurred once per property.

Will I be charged for inviting a new seller / buyer / landlord / tenant?

There’s no charge for inviting a seller/buyer/landlord/tenant. You can only invite a seller/landlord once you pay for the Material Information Pack (unless 'Customer charges' are enabled - you can read more about that here).

AML is only charged for each successfully submitted application (invites are free of charge)
