How does Moverly work?

Edited

Moverly supports agents and their legal partners with Material Information and, if selected, a Sale Ready experience which connects into legal partners driving uplifts in legal conversions and a more streamlined transaction process.

Working in partnership with estate agencies, Moverly offers the option for agents to provide their vendors with a ‘Sale Ready’ service.

Vendors who take up this service complete their upfront information and forms and supporting documentation is collected by Moverly.

Moverly encourages vendors to appoint a conveyancer upfront to ensure they’re primed for the transaction.

Once a conveyancer has been selected, Moverly securely shares legal documents including searches, the HMLR Title Plan, copies of planning permission, building regulation certificates, warranties and signed vendor property forms.

Conveyancers can onboard and engage with the vendor knowing they have complete access to the pre-prepared documentation.

Once a buyer is confirmed, buyers are encouraged to appoint a conveyancer upfront. Confirmed buyers are provided with access to the completed legal pack. Access also shared with their appointed conveyancer.

Then it’s over to the legal parties to complete the required steps.
