What do I do if my clients only have one email address between them?

If your client/(s) are just completing Material Information, you don't need to add more than one email address or contact. The Material Information forms are very quick to complete and clients can work through the questions independently or they might like to sit together and use one device (phone or computer).

If you're also doing your AML checks with Moverly your clients will flow straight from task to task without having to leave Moverly. With AML we will need the contact email for each individual client.

AML tasks must be completed individually by each client. If your clients share an email account, there is a workaround using one email address to create two different emails.

Let's say your clients have the email bob@gmail.com.

1) In the first invitee, you use the given email address bob@gmail.com

2) In the second invitee, you put a + before the @ - for example bob+sarah@gmail.com

Then click 'invite'.

Now two emails will be sent to the same email account, one for Bob and one for Sarah. Ask clients to check the emails and to make sure they're using the link which was intended for them.
