Adding a vendor
The ownership details are verified in HMLR when the title deed is pulled. The vendor details are pre-populated in the Material Information invite screen when onboarding a property, either from your integrated CRM or from Land registry; do check these details match before sending the invite to ensure you're dealing with the authorised owner.
The Vendor will receive a text and an email to complete their MateriaI Information form, which takes around 5 minutes to complete and contains some pre-populated questions and questions the vendor is required to complete. Our support team is available to assist the vendor through the process should they have any questions, they can click the yellow chat button on this page to chat with Mia, or submit a support form. The agent will receive an email confirmation once the vendor has completed the form.
If another vendor needs to invited, click into the Sellers screen in the top menu bar and add the contact details of the vendor; you will need their full name, mobile number and email address.
The tick box option is pre-selected to provide ID checks which the Tenant will receive as part of the invite.
