How to check email delivery status

Agents can confirm whether an email invite has been successfully sent by referring to the Email Delivery column within the Sellers, Buyers, Landlords, or Tenants tabs.

  • A tick and the message "Email delivered" indicate that the email was sent successfully.

  • A cross will appear for undelivered emails, along with one of the following messages:

    1. "Email doesn't exist (hard bounce) - try an alternative"
      This means the email address provided does not exist—often due to a typo.

    2. "Email doesn't exist (soft bounce) - try an alternative"
      This typically happens when delivery is temporarily unsuccessful. For example, the recipient's mailbox may be full.

Recommended next steps

In both cases, we recommend the following:

  • Double-check the email address for errors.

  • If necessary, ask for an alternative email address.

Revoking an invite

If you need to resend the invite, you can revoke the original one easily by clicking the "Revoke invite" button.
