My camera isn't working
Which device are you using? Mobile / Desktop.
If you’re using a desktop or laptop, try using a mobile device
If you’re using a mobile device the link is secure and nothing is stored on the device. Just use the mobile to either send an SMS to or use the QR code at the start of the process.
Check your browser or devices permissions (if on an iPhone there are some steps to follow depending on the version. Go to Settings -> Safari -> Camera (toward the bottom of the screen) -> Selected either Ask or Allow)
My camera is blank
If you're using a desktop or laptop and the camera is blank then an error message is displayed preventing you from going further. This could be an issue with your browser, Firefox has been reported as a blocker so if the camera is blank please try a different browser.
