Enhancing ID Verification: Simpler, More Affordable, *Reusable

As part of our commitment to fostering collaboration and delivering efficiency, we have enhanced our AML solution while also reducing costs.

These checks are now *reusable, removing the need for clients to repeat the process. The streamlined ID verification system remains fully integrated into both the agent’s onboarding workflow and the client’s journey, saving time while automatically uploading ID documents into the dashboard.

Starting in 2025, agencies will also have the flexibility to pass AML onboarding costs directly to clients, offering greater adaptability in managing compliance expenses.

The Yoti PDF reports will include the selfie, photo ID, and proof of address photo uploads - those will no longer appear as separate downloads in the Documents tab.

Agents will now need to verify the proof of address for themselves with the photos uploaded by the user. Yoti, unlike Onfido, will not verify the address using credit agencies and the voting register.
